Mr. Hurless has over 30 years in the natural resources and energy development industry, with experience in all stages of project development, project management and asset management. Early in his career, he worked for the Montana Department of Natural Resources in the Water Rights Adjudication program as the Program Manager during its statewide
roll out.Mr. Hurless moved to the private sector as a consultant focusing on water rights, farm based irrigations systems and small hydropower projects throughout Montana. His firm was successful in the development of large flood and sprinkler irrigations systems, licensing and development of numerous small hydropower projects and the successfully protection and development of individual water rights.
