Ralph Jones co-founded Cadmus in 1983. His extensive expertise in federal and state drinking and wastewater management programs encompasses the science, administrative, asset management, financing, and political sides, providing a holistic perspective to Cadmus’ leadership team.
Before co-founding Cadmus, Ralph worked at Abt Associates Inc.,
Contract Research Corporation, and Westat. He was an instructor and assistant professor at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and a research associate at the Joint Center for Urban Studies of Harvard and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Ralph earned his doctorate in political science at Harvard University, specializing in state and local government. He also holds a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from DePauw University. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the American Water Works Association (AWWA), the AWWA Research Foundation, the Water Environment Research Foundation, the WateReuse Association, and the WateReuse Research Foundation.
