Phil works on all aspects of the investment process with a particular focus on deal sourcing, due diligence, deal financing and execution. He serves on the boards of Fast Sandwich, PLNTF Holdings and Uniguest. Prior to joining Atlantic Street, Phil worked at North Cove Partners and its predecessor, BAML Capital Partners, where he completed
leveraged buyouts of middle market companies. Prior to North Cove and BAML, Phil worked at BBH Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Brown Brothers Harriman, where he invested equity and mezzanine debt in lower middle market companies. Prior to Brown Brothers, Phil worked at Bank of America in the Financial Sponsors/Leverage Finance and General Industrials investment banking groups. Phil received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2010 and a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University in 2001.
