Philip ‘Phil’ Pactor is BVP’s Chief Information Officer. Based out of the firm’s Larchmont office, Phil leads BVP’s global IT team and is responsible for all aspects of IT project management, strategy, and operations. With more than 25 years of IT experience, Phil has handled infrastructure design, implementation and management for a number of
highly regarded financial institutions.
Prior to joining BVP, Phil served as Global Head of Technology Infrastructure and interim Co-head of Global Technology at Liquidnet, an institutional equities marketplace.
Phil knows the world of an entrepreneur well, having founded and successfully run two Infrastructure Consulting companies. In 1999, Phil founded Technology Infrastructure Management Services Inc. (TIMSI), a consulting company focused on the Financial Industry. He successfully managed the company for 7 years before merging businesses to form Universal E-Business Solutions, a network consulting and managed service practice serving clients in the Financial, Transportation, Healthcare and industries. While at Universal, Phil was responsible for the day to day operations of the company, managing a team of more than 20 in India and New York in addition to consulting with clients.
Phil received a BS in Business Administration from State University of New York at Buffalo.
