Peter Galvin, Senior Vice President of Marketing, brings more than 20 years of global technology marketing experience to SOASTA.
Previously, he was the Chief Marketing Officer for Proofpoint, a leading provider of cloud-based security and compliance solutions. Peter has held a number of senior leadership roles at technology services companies
including Senior Vice President of Marketing & Products at Openwave, where he directed their product management and go-to-market strategies while generating over $300 million in annual revenue and Vice President of Marketing for Celequest, where he successfully launched the company.
As the Vice President and General Manager at Inktomi Corp., Peter managed the Traffic Server business unit for Carrier, Enterprise and Wireless markets.
He serves on the board of the European Business Incubator of California and earned BA and MBA degrees from Clark University
