Provides consultations to the managers on creation and development of corporate project management system, transfer of international industrial technologies for import substitution, business development management, creating international cross-functional project teams, devising regulations for project management, development of project teams to achieve goals and accomplish tasks, working with state corporations during the implementation of large-scale projects. In 2014 accepted the offer to lead the project in creating an international industrial company for pumps and pump units manufacture. Devised all business processes from scratch, created a team of 224 people for the factory, as the result production reached annual turnover of over 122 mln. USD. In 2015-2016 as a Director General of a hi-tech machine-building factory created and led the production team to successful engineering products manufacture. Has conducted the transfer of technology from a leading European manufacturer to ensure import substitution of rotary pumps and pump units. In 2007-2014 grew from an engineer to the department head of a machine-building holding. Managed large-scale projects with the overall turnover over 230 mln. USD.
