He has 25 years of financial services industry experience, including a 20-year career with Morgan
Keegan & Company. At Morgan Keegan, he served in various roles in investment banking, equity capital markets and as president and COO for the five years preceding the sale of the firm to Raymond James Financial. Mr. Kruczek graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in accountancy and received an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
