Before TeamHealth, Pat was a consultant working with health systems, hospitals, physician outsourcing organizations, physician practices, and patient/physician/employee satisfaction and engagement companies. She also held senior-level roles at LHP Hospital Group, Triad Hospitals, Hospital Corporation of America, and St. Thomas Hospital, part of the Ascension system. She earned her bachelor’s from Radford University and completed her master’s and doctorate in counseling psychology and business administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
