Originally a book publisher that started to work with computer networks in the mid-80's. Founded Edvina in 1987, started distributing TCP/IP and Open Network software in 1989. Company grew to 40 employees. Worked closely with FTP Software, Andover, MA, USA. Worked as a CTO for FTP for a short while.
From 1996 to today worked as
computer consultant, specialising in Open Network standards. In 2003, started to work with VoIP - mainly SIP networks for service providers.
Olle has been active in the Asterisk.org Open Source community since 2003, as a developer, trainer, evangelist and conference organizer. Also active in the Kamailio.org project as a developer, trainer and documentation writer.
Olle is an active proponent of Open network standards since more than 25 years. He is currently working on realtime communication (WebRTC, SIP, XMPP) and the Internet of Things. Olle is active in the IETF, The Internet Engineering Task Force and in the SIP Forum.
Olle has also participated in many conferences as a speaker, in many countries and on many topics. He won the Best Speaker award at Voip2day in Madrid November 2013.
