Olga Baranova has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 15 years. In Sept., 2008, Olga joined Orange Business Services team in Russia and the CIS as Head of Business, Quality & Processes Optimization department and in 2012 was appointed Head of Customer Support and Operations.
Prior to joining the company, Olga served from 1997
to 2003 as director of logistics at Lucent Technologies. From 2003 to 2008, she worked at Rostelecom as head of the office for the operational support of implementing projects for the department of network development.
