Nirva’s endeavors at Ryerson started in 2002, when she commenced her studies as a Business Management student. During her academic career, she also worked part-time as a Purchasing and Payments Assistant within Financial Services. Upon earning her Bachelor of Commerce degree, she joined Financial Services on a full-time basis in 2006 as the
Purchasing Systems Administrator. This role, along with her temporary assignment as a Business Systems Analyst, enhanced her knowledge of the Oracle Government Financials (OGF) System. Nirva also holds a CMA (Certified Management Accountants) designation. She is excited to bring this experience and knowledge to the Digital Media Zone.
In her off-time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cross-country running, baking, travelling, and volunteering at her local community centre.
