Niraj Pundir

Early life:

Niraj Pundir was born on 23rd July 1999 to a Kshatriya Rajput Family in Powai, Mumbai. He is of Pundirik descent He spent a part of his childhood in Mumbai itself, where he was raised and schooled for a few years. Pundir started producing at the age of eleven in an effort to blend in with the music pundir use to hear since his childhood such as Alice in Chains, Micheal Jackson, Snoop Dogg, Tupac, J dilla, IceCube and many more. Niraj Pundir was taught to play guitar by himself, and over the years gradually learned how to play several instruments and became a multi instrumentalist.

Career:

Niraj started recording and releasing songs on his Youtube, Soundcloud page in 2009, by 2013 he had gained a small local fanbase in Mumbai and racked up features with artists in the U.S.A. In 2013, Niraj pundir, alongside friends, had setup a studio/warroom for themselves they called it the HeatBox. After his enrollment in the HeatBox, Niraj Pundir co-founded his own collective and label, PDC (PundirDotCom). He is also known as a Mr. I Do Everything On My Will. As he states since his schooling days he was a savage, truculent, barbaric kid. He had no friends due to this behavior. And was also cheated on by a lot of people who he thought were his friends so this behavior is kinda justified. Since he started producing music, records a lot of his records were stolen by people as he was releasing those tracks for free and had no knowledge about copyrighting music/protecting his work from theft potentially. By the year 2014, 200+ of his tracks were already stolen and were being used by well reputed people from the music industry. But that didn’t stop him from re-branding himself. And Niraj is still till this day is producing music regardless of what has had happened in the past. Which is why he is fond of I Do Everything Myself On My Will and not involving a lot of people in his work as they know all your insights and when they leave they take away a lot of information that they shouldn’t. He picked up a habit of playing piano without the knowledge of how to actually play it but as time progressed he picked on to it. And even with just hearing a single note of a track he can play the whole progression for you.

Musical style and influences:

Niraj Pundir’s early inspirations were Judas Priest, Guns N Roses, Led Zeppelin, Inner Guilt, Hostilian, Scribe, Burden Of Guilt, Def Leppard, He is producing music for around 12 years now and is pretty handsome on all DAWs. Niraj Pundir is known for his songs being produced, mixed, mastered, engineered, written, and performed by himself. Most of his songs contain hip hop and R&B elements, EDM, Techno, Psytrance, Glitch Hop, Ambeint, Lofi while combining rapping and singing on the hook in some.

Controversy:

On September of 2017, He started a side hustle project as visionary assistance, vigilance part of his plan he got in a scuffle with E-Goons as they asked JV for his visionary assistance project but all the sales money and commission which was suppose to be given to Niraj Pundir was going into the Goons and his friends accounts. Also on his steam account he has mentioned this whole story who the goon was. And also Niraj Pundir has also single handedly brought down 3 hacking groups in CSGO.

Personal life:

Niraj Pundir has two different eye colors, a condition known as heterochromia; his left eye is dark-brown and his right is light-brown. Niraj Pundir also has a condition known as Hyperthymesia; is an ability that allows people to remember nearly every event of their life with great precision.
