Niraj Masand is the Founder and Managing Director of Artha Realty, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage known for its integrity, expertise, and end-to-end developer solutions.
A resident of Dubai since 2004, Niraj has been part of the city’s remarkable real estate evolution for nearly two decades. Before founding Artha, he held senior leadership
roles with Emaar, Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman & Wakefield, and Betterhomes — where he built deep relationships across the region’s property ecosystem.
At Emaar, he was credited with crafting a successful leasing strategy for commercial assets during the 2009–2011 market downturn. Later, as Head of Hamptons International, he led operations across sales, leasing, and property management, establishing a benchmark for service excellence and operational rigor.
In 2020, Niraj launched Artha Realty with a clear purpose: to build a fair, transparent, and knowledge-led ecosystem that helps clients, partners, and developers achieve sustainable success. Under his leadership, Artha has grown into a multi-vertical real estate firm offering Sales, Leasing, Property Management, and Developer 360° Services, securing exclusive mandates with leading developers and delivering record-breaking sell-outs.
