I’m a support executive with an interest in solving the most challenging questions. For over 15 years, I’ve been very much involved in and making my career in IT related industries.
Personally, I find that good customer support is crucial in making the use of tech a success, as truth be told, there remains more people out there whom are not tech
savvy or technophobic as compared to the number of people who will embrace tech and spend time to learn the different systems out there.
This is why I have made it my career choice to bridge this gap and to provide support to the masses in adopting tech and the benefits it brings. This brings me to my latest stop at Detrack.
In Detrack, I believe we have a strong company culture that is helping change the future of last mile delivery. Detrack is a company made up of passion people bound by the same beliefs and working in Detrack has been a wonderful experience for me.
Balancing between work and rest is important to me and when I’m not on the job, I love taking a break from the urban world to travel the world, especially to the places I love.
My passion and love for the Thai culture and the country have always pointed my compass to Thailand countless times and has brought me endless joy along my life’s journey.
