Netta is an entrepreneur, the founder of Tech-Fin Financial Technologies LTD, an Israel-based firm focused on innovation and IT related regulatory issues in the Israeli and world banking system, developing groundbreaking new technologies for this changing industry.
Prior to Tech-Fin, he worked at Bank Hapoalim for eight years. There, he served
as EVP of International, Finance, and IT Audit and later as EVP Business-Technology Leadership in the strategy division.
Netta’s perspective of the cyber threat and solutions scene is deep and longstanding, prior to his work at the bank Netta had thirteen years of experience in R&D and Cyber Defense roles within Israeli defense organizations.
