Neil Sinclair is the Director of BESTLEVEL LIMITED. He previously worked at Police Crime Prevention Initiatives as a Secure By Design. Neil Sinclair attended Northumbria University. Following on from 31 years in counter-terrorism with Police and Government Agencies, Neil was COO of the London Digital Security Centre (LDSC) and took it under the
wing of Police Crime Prevention Initiatives where he is now the National Cyber Lead. The LDSC has won several awards for its unique "in the community" program which takes cyber awareness to High Street-based SMEs. Neil is now working with Secured By Design to develop a "police preferred scheme" for both the end user and cyber security providers.
