Mr. Rosoff is a graduate of Bryant University with a BS in Accounting. He became a CPA while working for an International Public Accounting firm inNew York City. He specialized in auditing brokerage systems, and writing custom software to assist in the audit of several of the firm’s brokerage clients. He left Public Accounting and went to work

for a client brokerage firm as a systems auditor. As a result of audit work he was promoted to Vice President of systems for the firms Fixed Income division.

During his tenure as Vice President of systems, Mr. Rosoff hired hundreds of consultants to develop, maintain and operate the firms systems. As a result of this experience he started his own staffing and consulting company, PCHS. He spent 15 years building PCHS, and eventually grew it from a startup to 8 offices across the United States and over $40 million in annual revenue. As a result of PCHS success, Inc. magazine recognized them as one of the fasted growing privately held companies in the US, and NJ Business voted them as one of the top 20 companies in New Jersey, for which Mr. Rosoff was awarded an entrepreneur of the year award.

In his mid 40s Mr. Rosoff made a life decision to pursue is interests in Aviation and Startup businesses. Mr. Rosoff uses his experience starting and growing PCHS, accounting background, and systems knowledge to invest and assist startup business. Mr. Rosoff currently does most of investing through JumpstartNJ, but has several investments outside of Jumpstart. His most recent investment is in a startup aviation training company in Northern New Jersey.
