After graduating from Pembroke College, Oxford University Nathan spent the first decade of his career in senior operations roles in the hospitality sector with Whitbread plc. In 2005 he joined Unite Group plc who are Europe’s largest owner/operator of purpose built student accommodation. At Unite, Nathan formed part of the Group Leadership
Board in his roles spearheading operations and marketing before leading group business development with particular focus on overseas growth and expansion.
In 2010 he launched Asset Operating Solutions Ltd, which offered advisory and consultancy services to global investors and operators entering the student accommodation sector. Over the next three years the business oversaw the launch of multiple accommodation portfolios in Germany, UK, Turkey, Brazil, Japan and the USA. In 2014, Nathan joined Greystar Europe Holdings Limited, the largest global operator of multi-family and student housing, to build their European business in London as Managing Director. Over the following 12 months he led the growth of a business that today operates over 20,000 beds in the UK and mainland Europe.
In 2015, Nathan joined Student.com to lead global supply and in doing so, has returned to a business that he had advised since its launch.
Away from work he lives with his family in the South West of England.
