I am Lead Teacher for New Technologies at St Wilfrid's Academy in Blackburn, a 1:1 iPad school. This is the second school in which I have been tasked with developing the use of mobile technology in classrooms, with an aim to transform learning. The foundations of my pedagogical approach is founded firm in Film & Media Studies, of which I
was a Curriculum Leader and Examiner, although I have taught English, ICT and even Geography at various schools.
I am an Apple Distinguished Educator and have a passion improve the learning experience of pupils in my school, whilst preparing them with a digital skill-set that will benefit them in a world where new fields of work are planted everyday. I do my best to share the learning of my staff and students in order for us all to learn together.
