Nancy is the Chief Financial Officer of ATA Ventures and has been with the firm since shortly after its commencement in 2004. Throughout her career, she has managed the financial aspects of venture back-office operations for over a dozen high profile private-equity funds across three firms, including hundreds of investments, IPOs and M&A
liquidity events, and shareholder distributions.
Prior to joining ATA Ventures, Nancy gained nineteen years of venture capital experience at Redpoint Ventures and Institutional Venture Partners (IVP). She joined IVP in 1985 as Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 1991. In addition, she was a member of Redpoint's founding team in 1999. While at Redpoint, Nancy carried a dual role as CFO of Redpoint, as well as CFO of IVP funds created prior to 1999.
