of experience building, selling, and scaling enterprise and mid-market software and services businesses. His career spans software development, ERP and CRM platforms, cloud technologies, and large-scale operational transformation across professional services, manufacturing, retail, and financial services.
From 2013 to 2023, Mitch operated in quota-carrying roles within the Salesforce ecosystem, where he personally generated more than $80 million in revenue. During this period, he consistently achieved 200–300% of quota, earning multiple top-performer and leadership recognitions. His success stemmed from a disciplined, consultative sales approach that combined deep technical fluency with executive-level business acumen, enabling him to sell complex, high-value solutions aligned to measurable outcomes.
Earlier in his career, Mitch founded and exited his first company in 2000, following the sale of an innovative, thought-leading ERP system that he personally designed and developed. Mitch has done this before, and now he is introducing a new category of product - leveraging AI.
Prior to founding AIgencyIQ, Mitch held senior leadership and go-to-market roles at companies including Salesforce, Accenture, and OSF Digital, where he advised executive teams on translating operational complexity into scalable growth and execution clarity.
