Mike Brown is a Founder & General Partner at Bowery Capital, an early stage venture capital fund based in NYC and SF focused on business software investments.
Prior, Brown was a Co-Founder and General Partner at AOL Ventures and led investments in over 27 companies in the business software space including Sailthru, NewsCred, Crittercism and Vungle.
Before AOL Ventures, Brown worked for the investment and R&D arm of Richard Branson’s Virgin Group, helping to create new Virgin companies and investing capital in early stage startups on behalf of the British entrepreneur.
He began his career at Morgan Stanley and graduated from Columbia University
