Mike is the President and founder of BRMi with 30 years of experience in leading Government and Commercial IT organizations in operations management, supply chain optimization, sales and sales management, marketing, and business strategy.
Mike founded BRMi with the vision that bringing together and empowering talented individuals can help
organizations successfully execute change. Mike is a hands-on leader who has led initiatives to execute major transformation and change initiatives for the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry, Aerospace and Defense Industry, and Federal Civilian Government Organizations. He brings organizational leadership experience from IBM, Computer Sciences Corporation, Allied Signal, Commerce One, and High Performance Technologies Inc.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Business Administration from James Madison University. He is committed to education and youth causes and is currently serving as a board member for James Madison University and University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
