Michael Wise has been a member of Luna’s Board of Directors since May 2011 and is a member of the Board’s Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.
He currently serves as the chief financial officer of Corvesta, Inc., an insurance and technology holding company, and chief financial officer of its subsidiary, Delta Dental of Virginia.
Additionally, Wise serves on the board of directors and as treasurer of multiple other Corvesta portfolio companies.
He previously owned and managed several small businesses, and continues to serve on numerous boards of directors of local non-profit organizations.
He received a bachelor’s degree in business majoring in accounting from West Virginia University.
