Michael founded Plessey with acquisition of its Swindon assets in 2009 and has led the business since that time. Prior to Plessey, he founded Dynex Semiconductors in 1995, which was listed in 1998 (CDNX:DNX), before selling his position in 2005. Michael holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics, an MBA and is a registered professional engineer. He is also a
member of the IET and the AIAA.
