Michael Kadoe is a self-made entrepreneur and designer with a passion for innovation in fashion, real estate, and sustainable architecture. He arrived in the United States with just $200 in his pocket and quickly built a career defined by creativity, resilience, and vision. Michael began his professional journey after graduating from dental
technician school and supplementing his education with courses in electrical work and plumbing. His diverse skill set laid the foundation for his ventures in both design and construction. In 1994, Michael launched a fashion clothing company from his basement. Within a decade, the business grew to employ 35 to 40 people, and his designs were carried by major retailers in the U.S. and abroad, including private label companies and catalogues. Following the challenges of 9/11, he pivoted from fashion to real estate development, bringing the same entrepreneurial spirit to the New York property market. Michael has since renovated numerous properties across the city, including eco-friendly residences that earned recognition such as the Gold Award from Good Housekeeping for the greenest house in New York City. Outside of work, Michael has a deep appreciation for architecture, art, fashion, travel, and a healthy lifestyle. His career reflects a blend of aesthetic sensibility and practical expertise, underscored by a commitment to sustainability and quality.
