Michael Guptan is Vice President, Corporate Development of Dell Technologies Capital and a senior member of Dell’s global mergers and acquisitions practice, involved in both corporate development and venture capital investments.
Michael has more than 15 years of experience in the technology sector with a focus on strategy, acquisitions and
investments. Prior to joining Dell Technologies, Michael held management roles at several industry-leading firms, including McKinsey & Company, Hewlett Packard, Citigroup and Credit Suisse.
Michael holds an MBA in finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MS in computer science from University of Minnesota. He is based in Round Rock, Texas.
