Michael manages the day-to-day operations of the Firm and determines its policies and objectives. He regularly examines the Firm’s existing structure for ways to improve service and enhance client relationships.
Michael joined Offit and Roth, PA in 1999 after graduating with a bachelor in science in accounting from the Robert H. Smith Business
School at the University of Maryland, College Park. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, business consulting, tax planning, and tax compliance. Michael has been involved in numerous M&A transactions on behalf of clients selling their businesses to publicly traded corporations. He currently represents clients in many industries, including health care, veterinary, information technology, manufacturing, law, and construction as well as high net worth individuals.
