Michael Cronin formed Crown Risk Management, LLC in April 2005 after being employed by RMSCO, Inc. since 1981 where he held various positions including Senior Account Representative and National Sales Manager. During his 24-year career with RMSCO, Inc. the company grew from six employees into a leading third-party administrator of self-funded
medical, dental and workers’ compensation plans. When he left RMSCO, Inc. the company employed 250 claim and insurance professionals with clients throughout the country.
Michael is a registered representative with Hazard and Siegel, Inc. and was initially responsible or the Financial Services and Retirement Plan Department at RMSCO, Inc. Prior to his career with RMSCO, Inc., Michael was an agent for Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company and a Registered Representative of Massachusetts Mutual Investor Service. He has been a Registered Representative since 1984. During his tenure at Connecticut Mutual, he held several positions including manager of its newly created investment division in Syracuse.
Michael is a 1970 graduate of Providence College where he completed his undergraduate degree. Currently, Michael holds licenses for life, health, and property casualty insurance in New York and several other states as well as his Series 6 and 63 licenses.
