Mr. Chermak has 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has raised over $200 million for his various enterprises. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Healthdemographics, Inc., which had over 1,200 clients worldwide. He sold the company in 1997 to
Medirisk. In 1998, he was the co-founder and Chairman of Medibuy.com. Company raised over $140 million in its first 18 months of operation. The company later acquired both Premier’s and Columbia HCA’s e-commerce entities. In the 1999 Mr. Chermak and his partner purchased controlling interest in Covalent Group (CVGR). He was the former Chairman and CEO of Bridgetech Holdings International (OTC: BGTH). He has served on the Board of Directors and as an Audit Committee member of Beijing Origin Seed (NASDAQ: SEED). Mr. Chermak graduated from the University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Management.
