Software sales & strategy exec well-versed in digital disruption, treating people right, and (mostly) great storytelling.

Born and raised on a Midwest horse farm, my career includes a hitch in the United States Army, teaching SCUBA around the world, and hawking t-shirts coast-to-coast out of the back of my pickup truck (1995 Toyota Tacoma).

Twenty five-ish years ago (cough, cough), I convinced a hiring manager to give me my first first “real job” selling ETL software.

A year later, I turned down a telesales role at a SaaS startup called Salesforce.com (oops) to move to Tahoe, where I started a consulting business so I could snowboard more.

Eventually, a future employer was acquired by IBM, then following an epic run as a strategic account director at Adobe, and a 4 year tempering-by-fire at a decision intelligence startup called Cloverpop, I finally landed that job at Salesforce, which no longer cared where I lived.

$40M in TCV later, and following stints at Slack (a Salesforce company), Persado (a generative AI startup) and Salesloft (a sales engagement scale up), fate intervened and boomeranged me back to Cloverpop, at which point I realized that customers could really use a hand when making enterprise software purchase decisions.

I still live in the Tahoe area with my amazing wife, three sporty kids, one happy lab and two cranky cats.
