Matt brings 25+ years of experience to the Firm, and his responsibilities include overseeing the Firm’s capital markets activity and helping manage Echo Street’s counterparty relationships. Prior to joining Echo Street in 2017, Matt spent six years as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Moore Capital, and prior to that he spent 16 years at Citigroup in a
variety of management roles including Founder of Equity Principal Strategies, a 20+ person long/short equity team, as well as Citi’s Director of Research for the Americas where he managed a 300+ person team.
