Matt Barry is the Chief Operating Officer for HP Federal, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HP Inc., leading the Federal Business Development and Operations teams. In this role, he is responsible for orchestrating Federal Operations (across Sales Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Support, among other functions) to maximize
client outcomes and business performance. In addition, he is focused on driving a thought leadership agenda to elevate HP Federal’s presence in market and increase our capability and capacity to better serve our Government customers. Prior to his current role, Matt served as the US Separation Lead Executive for HP Inc. and, as part of the company split, led a team of several hundred professionals to work together to stand up the HP Federal LLC in under six months. The company separation was one of the largest and most complex corporate separations in history. Previously, he served in a variety of leadership roles including Business Operations for the Americas Region, managing Supply Chain Operations for our NA Print Supplies business, and prior to that was responsible for our IA-32 Server WW Product Management team where he consistently delivered against the business unit’s revenue, profit and share goals.
