In 2010, he co-founded the BH Group franchise network (BHCar, BH Atelier, BH Pare-Brise, BH Solutions, BH Academy, etc.), which he successfully scaled nationwide before selling to his long-standing partners in 2024. In 2016, he launched Vroomiz, now the largest network of independent automotive agencies in France, uniting more than 470 agencies and generating hundreds of millions of euros in annual turnover with tens of thousands of vehicles sold each year.

Mathieu also expanded into the digital sector with VOBiz, an innovative application for dealers, and later Optimcar, a next-generation dealership management software (DMS) integrating artificial intelligence and designed as a true business tool for independent car dealers.

Beyond automotive, his ventures span real estate and technology, reinforcing his profile as a multi-sector entrepreneur.

Now established in Florida, Mathieu is focused on launching a new automotive network in the U.S. His mission is to bring transparency, efficiency, and digital innovation to the American automotive market—helping independent dealerships grow faster, strengthen customer trust, and compete at scale.
