Mark Palomba joined Critical Path in May 2004 and became CEO in June 2007.
Prior to becoming CEO, Mark served as the company's EVP of Worldwide Sales and Field Operations. Mark has been instrumental in the growth of Critical Path's consumer messaging business. He has also successfully established and expanded the company's sales
and field marketing organization, effectively led professional services and field operations, and has driven significant business development throughout the world.
Mark Palomba has more than 23 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Prior to Critical Path, Mark served as Senior Vice President, Global Operations, at Vastera, Inc., where he led a successful managed services organization that drove more than 65% of the company's annual revenue. Previously, he led a profitable $100 Million consulting services unit at the Baan Company as Senior Vice President of Consulting for the Americas. In addition, Mark spent 16 years at IBM in various sales and marketing positions.
Mark holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Science - both from Union College in New York.
