Mr. Rowe serves as a Senior Director and is responsible for the operational aspects of Easterly, including investor relations, marketing, human resources, technology and legal. As a Co-Founder and Principal of Easterly Capital, Mr. Rowe works with the Easterly Partners management team to help position the firm for growth and to provide superior
investment services to its clients. Prior to Easterly, Mr. Rowe was the Chief Operating Officer of a national presidential campaign during the 2008 election cycle. In this role, he enabled collaboration across divisions and managed central functions of the organization, including corporate finance, federal compliance, legal, technology and operations for a 350-person organization with a $125 million budget. Previously, Mr. Rowe served as the Budget Director and a Policy Analyst for the Massachusetts House of Representatives. On behalf of the minority leadership, he had full oversight of the preparation, analysis and data development related to the $25 billion annual state budget. Mr. Rowe earned his BS in Finance from the University of Miami.
