Mark was part of the team at Red Hat that developed the
first ever commercially viable open source business model. He has always been involved in open source since. In addition to his experience in the technology markets, Mark brings deep knowledge of modern data-driven marketing approaches to lead-generation and customer retention. Mark studied at the Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands, with a major in mathematics.
