Marie Johnson is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, President and Director at AUM Cardiovascular, Inc. Prior to founding AUM Cardiovascular, Dr. Johnson created and led the University of Minnesota Medical Device Innovation Fellowship. She holds an adjunct faculty position and holds the medical device emphasis advisor position in Biomedical
Engineering department at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Johnson has patents and patents pending in the United States, Europe, China, India and Taiwan in a broad range of disciplines including orthopedic, cardiovascular, ob/gyn, automotive, and food safety. She has 25 years of experience in product development and manufacturing in both Fortune 500 companies and university environments. Dr. Johnson holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and has completed three post-doctoral fellowships.
