Mari Lynch joined ATEL as an HR Generalist in 2000, was promoted to HR Director in 2003, and has served as Vice President of HR since 2008. In this function, Ms. Lynch is responsible for recruiting and staffing, benefits administration, company policy and procedures, payroll administration, organizational development, employee relations, and
facility management. Prior to joining ATEL, Ms. Lynch held HR positions in the retail industry at companies in the capacity of regional recruiter and in corporate training and development. Ms Lynch holds a Bachelor of Science from Chapman University and currently maintains a Professional Human Resources certification.
