I'm Marc, passionate deep learning scientist and co-founder of sereact. Our mission at sereact is to make robots intelligent. Through AI-powered control software we empower them to perceive and understand their environment, adapt and learn.
The dream of starting my own company was mainly born out of the great desire to do what I really love:
coding awesome stuff, without being constrained by state-of-the-art procedures. I am convinced that sometimes you just have to go completely new, and also sometimes unpleasant, ways to be successful. That's why I like complex problems the most: when the tasks are really painful, usually the best ideas are born.
My passion is Computer Vision, but I 'm also really excited for Language Models - especially the intersection of Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing (aka Vision Transformers).
