Most of my work is fractional: stepping in when a business has ambition, but lacks clear priorities, senior marketing leadership, or the time to join the dots.
How I got here... I've spent over 20
years working in marketing across agencies, in-house roles, and consultancy.
Over that time, I've: - Led brand and marketing strategy - Worked directly with founders and leadership teams - Helped businesses clarify positioning, messaging, and direction - Built and improved websites, content, and campaigns that support growth
Fractional consulting isn't a pivot for me — it's the most effective way I've found to apply that experience where it's genuinely useful.
How I typically work with clients... Clients usually bring me in when: - Marketing feels busy, but not effective - Decisions are being made tactically, not strategically - There's no clear marketing lead internally - Growth has stalled, or the business has outgrown its current approach
Engagements are commonly: - 1–3 days per month - Ongoing or project-based - Focused on clarity, prioritisation, and momentum
I work closely with existing teams, suppliers, or freelancers, acting as a steady senior presence AND an external "ideas person".
