M.Sc. degree in Automation Engineering from Polytechnic University of Madrid in 1996 and Research Proficiency (DEA) in Computer Architectures and Automation, from Complutense University of Madrid in2005. He has been working in robotics research and development for more than 10 years in public research institutions such as CSIC (Spanish National
Council for Robotics Research) and technology companies such as GMV Aerospaceand Defence and Robomotion. At GMV he worked in Global navigation Satellites Systems and space robotics projects for the European Space Agency. He was formerly head of department at Robomotion, a company dedicated to service robotics for explosive ordnance and disposal.
