Prior to founding Lexcom Development, Louis oversaw development programs throughout the Western Region for AT&T, Clearwire and T-Mobile. Prior to his carrier roles, Louis built and led development teams throughout the country, building and launching many of the early and next generation wireless systems. His professional network, experience
and reputation provide Lexcom a unique ability to identify and assemble exceptional and high performing teams.
Louis attended the University of Washington where he received a Bachelor of Sciences in Construction Management. He also has a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma for the George Group, Dallas Texas. Since graduation Louis has worked on numerous large-scale commercial, industrial and wireless infrastructure development programs.
