Leigh has built successful businesses from the ground. He and his wife began an in-home care company from a family care-giving experience, fueled by frustration of watching their parents struggle to provide care for their grandmothers as they battled chronic diseases. Leigh started his first business January of 1996 and devoted to creating a home
care company that was 180 degrees opposite from any other they had experienced.

He speaks at national home care association conferences including National Private Duty Assoc. (NPDA), Decision Health, Home Health Line, Natl. Association of Home Care and Hospice (NAHC), webinars, National Public Radio, web radio and others.
