Lawrence M. Raffone has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director since January 2015, and previously served as our President from November 2012 through December 2014. Prior to November 2012, Mr. Raffone held the position of Executive Vice President, Distribution and Institutional Services from January 2001 until November
2012. Prior to joining us, Mr. Raffone served as the Executive Vice President of Fidelity Investments Institutional Brokerage Group, a division of Fidelity Investments. Mr. Raffone received an MBA from Babson College and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bryant University.
