Ken McBean has served as President since joining the company in September 2011. In March 2014, the Board of Directors of Chiesi S.p.A. appointed Mr. McBean to Chiesi’s Group Executive Committee and to the Board of Directors of Chiesi USA, Inc. In May 2014, Mr. McBean was also appointed Chief Executive Officer of Chiesi USA, Inc.
