Jozef Vodicka is a Co-Founder and President at TrashOut.NGO. He attended University of Zilina, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and JAMK University of Applied Sciences.
He co-founded and lead several startups such as Venzeo, TrashOut.NGO, Matura.sk and Stuzkova.EU. He is TEDx speaker, Slovak Forbes 30-under-30, member of AIESEC International supervisory
group & TOP 5 Student Entrepreneurs in Slovakia. He gets things done.
He kindly said no to job offer in Silicon Valley, just before graduation, to start TrashOut.me.
From idea to 70 countries. For each project he puts together amazing team (hiring + firing). He focus on developing leadership of all members, keep constant feedback loop and engagement of tasks.
Previously he worked on Stuzkova.EU and Matura.sk portals focused on high school students. Thanks to portals activities they changed how Ministry of Education in Slovakia is making old maturity exams available to students.
He joined AIESEC and spend there 4 years of his life at University. Nowadays he chair conferences, give trainings to AIESEC members and also audits IT systems used globally by all AIESEC members. Mention AIESEC in front of him and he will be thrilled.
He spends every waking hour thinking about Venzeo.com, TrashOut.me and few new innovative ideas with super intelligent and enthusiastic colleagues. Unless he is not meditating, doing fitness, reading a book or enjoying family/friends.
