Joy Griffiths is Global Managing Director, Experian Decision Analytics and CEO of Experian’s Asia Pacific region, including India. Joy joined Experian in July 2011, bringing more than 30 years of international experience in the financial services industry. Before this, Joy was with Lloyds Banking Group, which she joined in 2007 as Managing Director
of its mortgage business and Chairman and CEO of Cheltenham & Gloucester plc.
In 2009, she was appointed Managing Director of LloydsTSB and Bank of Scotland Community Banks. Before joining LloydsTSB, Joy was an Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and previously spent more than 10 years at Westpac Banking Corporation in a range of senior management positions.
Born and educated in New Zealand, Joy holds a MBA degree from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.
