Josh has been a leader and instructor of design and user experience since 1996. His work spans desktop, web and mobile software with experience in small business services, the emergence of digital music, entertainment, social networks, and a large variety of platform and mobile products.
His entrepreneurial career kicked off in 1996, when he started a consulting firm helping small businesses get on the internet. After years of working with small business he moved on to work for Onvia through their IPO.
Following his work pioneering new product interface design and testing at companies like Onvia and Microsoft, Josh was the sole designer for iLike. There he was responsible for creating the brand, visual identity, and user experience for all digital products, including iLike.com and all Facebook and mobile applications.
He is currently hard at work making Familiar great.
