Jonathan Cepelak has always had a taste for fine dining, and through his travels and experiences, he's had a chance to experience some of the vast offerings of cuisine and flavor available on the planet. With a refined palate and a love for hospitality and fine dining, Jonathan Cepelak has been working in the food and beverage industry for
more than six years now.
For the last six years, Jonathan has been developing his skills and industry knowledge for his work in food and beverage. He's held various management-level positions at eateries across Long Island, including Caci North Fork Restaurant. Here, he spent four years from 2014 to 2018 as the Restaurant Manager and had the opportunity to offer input for the creative designs of the menus while also curating a specialty list of cocktails, wine, and beer for the restaurant. He also had a chance to develop and refine his leadership skills in this role while training and supervising more than 25 servers for the fine dining establishment.
After four years with the restaurant, Jonathan Cepelak accepted a position with Green Hill Corporation LLC as their beverage manager, supervising beverage preparation and patron service experiences. After a year as Beverage Manager, Jonathan Cepelak accepted his current position with Greenport Harbor Brewery as their Assistant Manager.
